TERMS OF USE

of the DOCCOD LIMITED Platform

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between DOCCOD LIMITED, a company registered at 1 Pythias, Apt. 201, 4044 Germasogeia, Limassol, Cyprus (the “Company”), and any individual who accesses or uses the platform available at doccodlimited.com (the “Platform,” and such individual, the “User”). By accessing the Platform or registering an account, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms. A User who does not accept these Terms must refrain from using the Platform. The User consents to the use of electronic records and signatures to the extent permitted by law.

01

Article 1 — Definitions

1.1. “Platform” means the website, applications, and software‑as‑a‑service functionality made available by the Company at doccodlimited.com. “Content” means all materials made available through the Platform. “Submission” means any content or information provided by a User. “Service” means the subscription‑based product offered through the Platform.

02

Article 2 — Grant of Access

2.1. Conditional upon compliance with these Terms, the Company grants the User a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

2.2. The User shall not (a) copy, modify, publish, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent; (b) interfere with the Platform’s technical infrastructure; (c) circumvent or disable any security or access‑control measure; (d) use the Platform so as to disrupt its operation or restrict access by others; or (e) transmit any unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.

03

Article 3 — Proprietary Rights

3.1. All Content — including text, graphics, designs, software, and logos — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual‑property laws.

04

Article 4 — The Service

4.1. The Platform provides information regarding, and access to, the Company’s Service and its subscription plans. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a binding offer or a guarantee of availability; paid subscriptions are subject to the separate order terms presented at purchase.

05

Article 5 — User Submissions

5.1. By making a Submission, the User warrants that (a) the User is entitled to provide it; (b) it is true and accurate; and (c) it contains no third‑party confidential information save where expressly requested under a separate agreement.

5.2. The User grants the Company a royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use and process the Submission to operate and improve the Service. The Company is not obliged to review, respond to, or retain any Submission and may remove it at its discretion.

06

Article 6 — Data Protection

6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, which describes the data collected, its use, recipients, and the rights available to the User.

07

Article 7 — Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. The Platform and Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for purpose, merchantability, non‑infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Certain jurisdictions do not permit such exclusions, and they may therefore not apply to the User.

08

Article 8 — Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. The Company’s aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the sums paid by the User, if any, during the three (3) months preceding the relevant claim; where no payment has been made, no financial liability shall arise.

09

Article 9 — Term and Termination

9.1. The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the User’s access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including upon breach of these Terms.

10

Article 10 — Governing Law and Arbitration

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute not resolved within thirty (30) days shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the LCIA Rules before a single arbitrator.

11

Article 11 — Miscellaneous

11.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Platform. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect. The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Platform; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12

Article 12 — Notices

12.1. Questions and notices under these Terms shall be directed to info@doccodlimited.com.
